The faculty of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction actively present (internationally, nationally, and regionally) on a variety of topics related to their areas of expertise.  Of note for the month of November, several faculty received acceptance notifications for the Association of Literacy Educators and Researchers (ALER) conference to be held in Louisville, Kentucky.  Kentucky institutions are proud to host this prestigious national conference in the Commonwealth in 2018; and, the department is honored to have multiple submissions accepted for conference sessions.
